Committee Responsibilities

 The Committee is responsible to enforce, and enable the Owners to enforce, any or all of the conditions and restrictions contained in the First Restated CC&Rs (including age verification in order to prove senior citizen, qualified permanent resident, and permitted health care provider status) and in any reasonable Rules and Regulations adopted and promulgated by the Committee. The Committee derives its authority from, and is accountable to, the Owners within COSTA SERENA, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
